最新消息：為了協助年輕人可以圓夢出國留學，臺北市政府推出「希望專案•青年留學免息貸款」。申請資格為戶籍設在臺北市的居民，年齡在20-40歲間的年輕人，要出國攻讀碩、博士或要取得專技證照如飛行員證書和珠寶鑑定師執照等。免息貸款金額介於新台幣1百萬元及新台幣2百萬元， 自2010年以來， 已有827人核准免息留學貸款。

UPDATE: Taipei city residents between the ages of 20 and⋯⋯ 40 have been eligible to apply for interest-free study abroad loans for masters and doctoral studies ranging between NT$1 million and NT$2 million since 2010. 827 people have since received the interest-free loan.
The Taipei government has just announced plans to expand the program this year and open the program to those who wish to pursue studies for professional licenses, such as pilot licenses and jewelry branding licenses.
Taipei residents who have registered their households in the city are eligible for the loan. Application forms can be obtained at Taipei Fubon Bank branches.
