DIALOGUE
"A Drive in the Country"
(Peter and Julie are going to see an apartment in the city)
Peter: Listen, Julie. I didn't mean what I said.
Julie: I know, Peter. We both got carried away.
Peter: I just don't feel that the city is a very good place to raise a family.
Julie: I agree.
Peter: What?! You agree?
Julie: Peter, I want to have a family with you.
Peter: But?
Julie: But?! But not now. We're not even married yet.
Peter: Well, I didn't mean... I don't understand.
Julie: Remember that my uncle owns a real estate agency?
Peter: Yeah. But now I really don't understand.
Julie: Well, he gave me some advice.
Peter: Advice? OK. And what did he say?
Julie: He recommended that we buy a small place now and buy a bigger place when we're ready to start a family.
Peter: Hmmm... you mean like a starter home.
