DIALOGUE
"A Drive in the Country"
(Peter and Julie are going to see a house in the country)
Peter: Look. The first house I want to show you is in a small community.
Julie: A community? What's it called?
Peter: It's called Cedar Groves. It's a new development built for people who want to live close to the city.
Julie: This isn't close to anything.
Peter: It's close to nature.
Julie: (Looking out the window) It is quiet out here.
Peter: Exactly. No noisy cars or busy people...
Julie: So how did you find out about this place?
Peter: I went to see a real estate agent.
Julie: Behind my back.
Julie: (Yawning) Oh. I'm so tired.
Peter: Maybe your lungs aren't used to the fresh air.
Julie: Or maybe I'm not used to surprises.
Peter: Come on, honey.
Julie: We're just going to take a look, right?
