(Ken, Hsieh and Brian are painting Ken's new apartment)

Ken:   Look out! (Ken bumps into Brian with a wet paintbrush) Ah! Sorry, man.

Brian: Don't worry about it. I'm wearing old clothes.

(Hsieh touches Ken's shirt with her wet paintbrush.)

Hsieh: There. Now you two look perfect for each other.

Ken:  (Looking at Brian) Let's get her! ...after some time...

Brian:  Hey Ken, what are you going to do with the balcony?

Ken:   Nothing.

Hsieh: (Opening the sliding door) Wow. I didn't notice... Hsieh, Brian and Ken step out onto the balcony

Ken:   I thought I would use it as storage space.

Brian: Come on! This is prime time barbeque space.

Ken:  Hmm. I saw a gas BBQ at B&Q for 3500 NT.

Hsieh:There's also enough space to put a table with an umbrella and a few patio chairs.

Ken:  Forget it. I'm broke!
